Concept

Recurring flatulence is an embarrassing topic for many patients—a dark shadow they’re reluctant to discuss. For Lefax® protect, we’ve broken through this barrier: with charm instead of shame, and an approach that offers relief rather than lecturing. This turns a taboo into a conversation starter—and pressure into “life without pressure.”

The campaign adopts a deliberately appealing, charming tone and a visual style not typically found on the OTC shelf: lovingly handcrafted sets combined with illustrated elements. This poetic and humorous language conveys the problem and solution in a way that feels relatable and allows for identification—without awkward exaggeration.The campaign was rolled out as an integrated package comprising a TV commercial, print ads, and pharmacy communications—with clearly distinct messages for pharmacy technicians and end consumers, but a shared, recognizable unifying theme: Lefax® credibly stands for relief—“For a life without pressure.”
